Mentionings

Go to Views -> Papers List
Click on one of the papers. There are three tabs. Goto Mentions tabs. List of resources related to this paper will be visible.
When in edit mode, the edit controls should appear, otherwise they should be hidden.
To add a new resource click on edit mode.
When the "Add item" button is clicked, the Autocomplete is appeared, allowing for selecting resources only.
If a resource has a class, it is displayed next to the label as shown in the image.
On hover of a resource in the list, the DescriptionTooltip component is displayed.
The Delete button should only be displayed on hover and should have a tooltip for confirmation.
