If you need to report an issue, be sure to include this information:

• When bug occurs (steps to reproduce).
• What it should do.
• What it does.
• The versions of your Operating System and web browser.
• Can the problem be viewed online in orkg? (If yes, provide its URL.)
• If possible, provide a HAR file to help us trouble-shoot the problem. (You can use these instructions in case you do not know how to download a HAR file.) Please be aware that HAR files can contain sensitive information, such as cookies or credentials! In case you have doubts, please do send them to us via other means!

If you are using ORKG locally, make sure you have required versions of software installed according to the installation manual. And be sure to include this information in the issue report:

• Your config (may be only relevant part but while config is better)
• Version of node.js

Notes

• Try to not forget to assign a label (todo, enhancement, bug, etc.) this helps to filter issues and easily find them.
• If you opt to take care of some issue, or want to assign it to someone, add it in the Assignee list.
• Do not rely on chats to report issues, human beings forget! They must be explicitly reported on the issue tracker, with meaningful title and body text.
