Ablation study of GISMo (Graph-based Ingredient Substitution Module) on ingredient substitution
The comparison table (https://orkg.org/comparison/R657613/ ) shows that the ingredient substitution system composed of the context encoder, ingredient decoder and ingredient substitution decoder modules outperforms the baselines on all metrics. The following table presents the ablation study to investigate the contribution of each module and different data modalities (recipe sets, ingredients sets) of the system. This table demonstrates that the three modules allow the best performance of the system.
