Food Knowledge Graph construction is a laborious task. Thus, one should consider reusing existing ones as much as possible. To this end, existing Food Knowledge Graphs should be described so as to facilitate the choice of the one to be reused. The following table presents the description of three Food Knowledge Graphs.
