One way to make food knowledge more reusable is to model them in a Knowledge Graph. Food Knowledge Graph uses a graph-structured data model to describe real world entities and the relationships between these entities. Building this knowledge graph is not an easy task. In the following table, we compare four examples of work related to the development of the Food Knowledge Graphs.
