This comparison including the visualizations, is inspired in the review article “Review on vacuum ultraviolet generation in low‐pressure plasmas” by D Popović, M Mozetič, A Vesel, G Primc, R Zaplotnik, 2021 Plasma Process. Polym., (DOI :10.1002/ppap.202100061). All the results originate in experimental measurements. The intent of the visualizations is only to show parameter spaces where the VUV irradiation is observed regardless of : the apparatus, gas mixture, spatial locations in the plasma system, information that is contained in the comparison text. But it should be taken as an example on how important it is to create conclusive comparisons in this area of plasma spectroscopy. There is even more data in some of the published works (contributions), so the reader should refer to D Popović et al, and the references there in.
